This Privacy Policy explains how Le Home Care collect’s, use, and share information when you use our Services. Log Files, Cookies and Anonymous Identifiers. As is true of most web sites, we gather certain information automatically and store it in log files. How We Secure Your Information

Our web servers support the TLS and Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) transport and encryption protocols. The purpose of these protocols is to keep the information passed back and forth between a web server and its users confidential. In addition, we use cipher suites that offer at minimum 112 bit encryption. We work to protect personally identifiable information stored on the site’s servers from unauthorized access using industry standard computer security products, such as firewalls, as well as carefully developed security procedures and practices. In addition, a username, member ID name and password are required for you to use, view or change application or interview information. We use both internal and external resources to review the adequacy of our security measures on a regular basis.

If you are matched with Service Providers, you expressly consent to the Service Providers conducting any research necessary to provide you with information related to your Inquiry. Service Providers may need to share Your Information to conduct such research. If you do not want Service Providers to conduct necessary research to provide you with information for your Inquiry, then you should not submit an Inquiry.

Please note that if you submit an Inquiry through our Services and we share Your Information as described above in connection with your Inquiry, you will not have the opportunity to opt out of the disclosure of Your Information in connection with that Request.

Aggregation and De-Personalization. We may take Your Information and de-identify it either by combining it with information about other individuals (aggregating Your Information with information about other individuals), or by removing characteristics (such as your name) that make the information personally identifiable to you (de-identifying Your Information). We reserve the right to share, loan, rent, sell, or otherwise disclose such information to third parties at any time, for any lawful purpose, without notice or compensation to you.

Sharing with Friends. If the Services contains any functionality allowing you to send content to a friend, then please be aware that: (a) we may display your email address to your friend; and (b) we may use information you provide about your friend to facilitate the communication and as otherwise set forth in this Privacy Policy. We do not store your friends email address in our database. Your friend will receive a one-time message notifying them of the shared content.

Sweepstakes. If you are submitting information to us pursuant to a sweepstakes entry, we reserve the right to share, loan, rent, sell or otherwise disclose the information that you submit with third parties at any time, for any lawful purpose without notice or compensation to you. Participation in these sweepstakes is completely voluntary and you therefore have a choice whether or not to disclose Your Information. Circumvention of Security Measures. No method of transmission or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Additionally, by way of example (without limiting the foregoing), we may be forced to disclose Your Information to the government or third parties under certain circumstances, or third parties may unlawfully intercept or access transmissions or private communications. Minor’s Information

You must be at least 13 years of age to register with or use certain portions of the Services. The Services are not intended for children under 13 years of age. Third Party Widgets and Plug-ins

Our Services include social media features, such as the Facebook Like button, links to our various social media pages and widgets, such as the Share this button or interactive mini-programs that run on our Services. These features may collect your IP address, which page you are visiting on our site, and may set a cookie to enable the feature to function properly. Social media features and widgets are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly through our Services. Your interactions with these features are governed by the privacy policy of the company providing it.

Operation of our Services in the United States

Our Services are operated in the United States. If you are located in the European Union, Canada or elsewhere outside of the United States, please be aware that any information you provide to us will be transferred to the United States. By using our Services or providing us with Your Information, you consent to this transfer.

We reserve the right to update, amend and/or change this Privacy Policy at any time in our sole discretion. Amendments will take effect immediately upon us posting the updated Privacy Policy on our Services. Under the Missouri Sunshine Law, Missouri residents have certain rights around Le Home Care’s collection, use, and sharing of their personal information.

Le Home Care collects various categories of personal information when you use the Service, including identifiers, commercial information, internet or other electronic network or device activity information, and geolocation data. A more detailed description of the information Le Home Care collects and how we use it is provided above in Information We Collect and Receive About You and How We Use Information. Furthermore, the section How We Disclose Information describes the categories of third parties with whom we may share personal information, and what information may be shared under different circumstances.

If you are a resident of Missouri, you have the right to request to know what personal information has been collected about you, and to access that information. You also have the right to request deletion of your personal information, though exceptions under the Sunshine Law may allow Le Home Care to retain and use certain personal information notwithstanding your deletion request. You may send your request for access to that information or request deletion by email to privacy@lhomecare.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights under the Sunshine Law. An agent may submit a request on your behalf, but you must verify that your agent is authorized to do so.

Under the Sunshine Law, Missouri residents have the right to ask companies what personal information they share with third parties for those third parties’ direct marketing purposes.

Missouri privacy rights requests must include the reference “Request for Missouri Privacy Information” on the subject line and in the body of the message and must include the email address or mailing address, as applicable, for us to send our response.
